Lemongrass


Lemongrass one of the most sweet herbal teas that nature has to offer us. In Asia is commonly used in cuisine and all around the world as a medicinal herb.

This herb is used for treating several illness that afflicts some of us more commonly than we might think.

Lemongrass is a good source of vitamins A and C, folate, folic acid, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron, potassium, phosphorus, calcium and manganese. It also has minute traces of B vitamins.
